Soccer Gear
Everyone must wear shinguards to practice and to games.  They must be completely covered underneath your socks.  If you don't wear shinguards, you cannot practice or play in games.  Players cannot wear hats, rings, or jewelry at practice or in games.  Players cannot chew gum at practices or in games.  Cleated shoes are recommended but not required.  It's also a good idea to bring an extra pair of socks, shirt, and shorts to games in case you get blood on your clothes.  Even if you are not bleeding, you cannot play during a game if you have blood on your clothes.  Everyone should also have a soccer ball, preferably a #5, and bring it to practice and game warm ups.  Finally, everyone should bring a container of water, not pop or other carbonated beverages, to drink at practice and at games.
