Referees
Referees must be certified by attending at least one training session lasting approximately two hours. After training, they may sign up on master sheets for each league game they will referee. Every referee will be provided with keys to the tower and sheds. A complete schedule will be posted here as soon as all games are filled.
Responsibilities
- Referees will find their own replacements if they cannot referee a game they have signed up for.
- Referees fill out a slip for each game and have it signed by both coaches. Slip is left in envelope in tower or shed and collected and reviewed weekly by the Head Referee. Pay is computed weekly and arrangements are made with the Treasurer for payment to issue.
- Head Referee maintains master sign up sheet to insure every game has a referee. If there are empty spots, Head Referee makes calls to obtain a referee.
- Head Referee will resolve all disputes and problems that may arise between referees, coaches, and fans.
